"Kismet: Vignettes for Violin and Piano” was the highest selling Australian classical album of 2022 and has spent more than half a year in the top 20 of the Classical and Crossover ARIA charts.
Filled with new music by celebrated Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin plus several new adaptions of some of her works from over her years of composing, this concert experience gives not only an overview of Elena as a composer, but also takes the audience on a journey through nearly every human emotion.
Each piece of the performance is introduced by the performers, sharing the stories of inspiration behind each work and anecdotes from the composer.
Each melody is relatable to a wide audience and is performed by the artists on the album Vov Dylan (Violin) and Clemens Leske (Piano) in what will be a first public performances of these works in Toowoomba.
